A Call to BE (Part 2 of 3)
In my previous blog post, I shared that the word ‘BE’ was my first spelling. As I continued my practice, I continued receive the ‘BE’ spelling in subsequent sessions. While it reinforced the simple, powerful message to simply BE, there was almost a bit of frustration – that this might BE the only message for me.
So, I was encouraged when I eventually got a slightly different message. After the rods moved to the BE position, the right rod pointed directly at me. I considered that this might be a rudimentary spelling of ‘BE ME’. When I sought validation, the rods repeated the same “BE ME” motions 3 times.
In the next session, the rods first moved to the BE position, then the right rod pointed at me, then moved to other positions around the arc. After wondering if this might be a different spelling, I considered that the rod was, in fact, pointing over my shoulder to the bedroom in which Malia was still sleeping, then to the loft area where my children were sleeping, and finally to my parents’ bedroom.
Was it possibly a message for me to BE with the rest of the family? To BE the best I could be for my family? For them to be the best that they can BE individually? Though lacking confidence in my rodding abilities, I was able to confirm the ‘BE Family’ messages as rods repeated the exact same motions 3 times.
That same morning, unbeknownst to me, my father (Will) had his own rodding experience that day.
Q. Is it OK for me to test again the authenticity of Jack’s simultaneous two-letter spelling experiences?
R. Yes.
Q. To do so, is it OK to request that the rods move in a manner I will understand as confirming the authenticity of Jack’s simultaneous two-letter spelling experiences?
R. Yes
In response to Dad’s request the left rod stopped at B and the right rod at E (i.e., a simultaneous two-rod/two-letter spelling of “BE”), and after both rods rotated in sync 7 times. As previously mentioned, this was significant, because Dad had not had such two-handed spelling experience. So far, he has had only this one such experience. Considering the authenticity of my BE rodding experience to be a significant matter of importance, he asked and received a second and third confirmation. Then, Dad continued:
Q. Is it OK to test the soundness of my spiritual thesis that “family” is important in the universe, the spirituality of the universe, and life on this planet, including human life?
R. Yes.
Spontaneously, both rods rotated in sync 7 times then pointed toward: where Mom was in the cabin; Baby William’s figure in the Garden; Grandma’s designated position in the Garden; Dad himself; and then to where Malia and I were in the cabin. Then, both rods proceeded to rotate in sync 7 times and spelled:
Left Rod Right Rod
B E
F A
M I
L Y
Both rods rotated in sync seven more times and stopped in a spiritual position in the Garden.
Q. Is family, essentially as humans understand this term in the physical universe?
R. Yes.
Q. On this planet?
R. Yes.
Q. In human relationships?
R. Yes.
Q. Is family important in the spirituality of the universe?
R. Yes.
Q. Is there a direct connection between families in the human and spiritual domains?
R. Yes.
Q. May I further pursue these matters over human time and space?
R. Yes.
When gathered that evening to share our independent experiences, I shared my interpretation of receiving the ‘BE FAMILY’ message and was utterly astounded when Dad unfurled a piece of paper with the ‘BE FAMILY’ message received of his own accord. We shared a great sense of love and connection for the harmonic calling to ‘BE FAMILY.’
The fact that we both received the same ‘BE FAMILY’ message was an incredibly validation of our spiritual rodding practice. It became my first of many examples of “you just can’t make that up” evidence that our experiences are not of our imagination or our own contrivance, but rather a testament that spiritual energy is real, including the individualized energy of our loved ones.
